These United States é uma banda de Indie Folk/Rock Alternativo originária de Washington, D.C. e Lexington, KY, formada por Jesse Elliott (Voz e Compositor Principal), J. Tom Hnatow (Pedais e Guitarra), Robby (Bateria e Voz), Justin Craig (Teclado e Guitarra) e Colin Kellog (Baixo e Voz).
A banda lançou dois álbuns no ano de 2008, um em 2009 e outro em 2010, todos gravados pelo selo United Interests. Em quatro anos, desde sua formação, o These United States realizou por volta de 700 apresentações pelos EUA, Reino Unido e Norte da Europa, compareceu támbem no Sudoeste e Sul para o CMJ Music Marathon,Lollapalooza nos EUA e no festival Britânico, Glastonbury Festival.
