Editors uma das "Crias" de Ian Curtis e Joy Division.
Formada em Birmingham, Inglaterra, cujos membros se conheceram na Universidade de Staffordshire.
A banda é formada por Tom Smith (Voz, Guitarra e Letras), Chris Urbanowicz (Guitarra e Sintetizadores), Russ Leetch (Baixo, Sintetizadores e Backin Vocal) e Ed Lay (Bateria e Backing Vocal).
O som enérgico da banda é frequentemente comparado ao de bandas como U2, Joy Division, The Smiths, Echo And The Bunnymen, Kitchens Of Distinction, The Chameleons e Interpol, este último que também é considerada uma das "Crias" de Ian Curtis & Joy Division, e também muito comparado com as mesmas bandas citadas anteriormente.
Eu (Ian), sou muito suspeito pra falar e indicar Editors, pois sou muito fã (mais precisamente fanatico por essa belissima banda), mas vale muito a pena conferir pelo menos algumas músicas deles!!
